Refund policy

 Skincare items:

Due to Covid they are no exchanges on skincare items. Any items return due to incorrect shipping address, unclaimed or refuse, is subject to a  re-shipping fee (shipping fee is non-refundable). 

Damaged items:

Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 3 days of receiving package. Items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 3 days.

Missing items:

Customers have three days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after three days will not be retrievable.
