Shipping policy

Shipping is from Monday-Thursday. All orders will be completed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale.

Orders will be sent to the buyer’s address unless otherwise specified. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email, if packages are lost or stolen customer will have to pay reshipping free. Please Refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).

Domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX /UPS, and you will be supplied with a tracking number.

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.

 

International shipping usually takes between 5-10 days depending on customs, CUSTOMER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH TRACKING NUMBER ONCE ITEMD ARE SHIPPED. IF CUSTOMS REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE, IT MUST BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER.
